The Calvert family's new home used to belong to the recently deceased creator of a forgotten children's program from the early days of television. The family's younger kids are fascinated by the basement rooms, a chaotic wonderland of discarded stage sets, props, costumes, and puppets.

At first, the parents are glad to see the kids put down their screens and play creatively with the old theatrical elements, but their performances and their experiences grow more disturbing over time.

In this house, the reruns of a dark past never stop playing, and paranormal investigator Ellie Jordan must protect the family from a malevolent presence trying to draw them into the infernal show.

The Funtime Show is a well written story with engaging characters and entertaining plot. I can't wait for the next book.

A Favorite Series

I like both female leads a lot. This one is spooky but not quite aa scary as previous ones.

This Was The Creepiest One Yet!

The Funtime Show was another excellent episode of Ellie Jordan, Ghost Hunter (and Stacey, too), and the creepiest one yet in my opinion! Something about those creepy puppets just made my skin crawl. If you love a good creepy, scary story, but not into loads of gore and violence, check out the Ellie Jordan series! Just listen with the lights on. 🤡😨

sadly I love the series. But seems this series to me the narration is not good. first narrator from earlier books is better this one has Stacy like a shrill kid and seems to be sharp on her sentences. I'd recommend first few books otherwise reading this series is both best and awesome. Shame I many times will get both audible and ebook. Also never had before where I feel this audible series narration is not good. This series is really awesome and just preordered new book but won't buy this series on audible Bought 3 and narrator to me is not good. Series though is great
