The constant struggle to survive begins to weigh on the people of Village Palms as the apocalypse wears on. Shortages begin to ravage the community as a series of deadly raids threaten their lives.
Levi and the Grey Wolves are suffering from attrition, the casualties from repeated skirmishes beginning to mount.
Desperate for solutions, the Palm’s leadership forges a partnership with the nearby community of Gypsy Bluff, but it is not a marriage made in heaven.
Competing priorities, jealously, and differing agendas soon lead to disagreements. The Raiders are growing more aggressive, their violent attacks generating fear and dismay. Both communities are facing wholesale slaughter.
A desperate Colonel York arrives at a bold plan, but it is fraught with risk. In order to turn the tide, he and the Wolves will have to go on the offensive. Victory will ensure their safety while failure would leave their community completely exposed to hostile world.
It will take all of Levi’s leadership skills, experience, and cunning to save Village Palms.
