I enjoyed this book. The narrators were so good and the story line kept me wanting to know what happens next. getting next book in series.

Cliffhanger

I did like the book but wish some issues were not dragged out so long. Should of guessed it would have been a cliffhanger when I saw book # 1. Looking forward to the second one to find out what happens with main characters and secondary ones.

SECRETS!!!

This story is jam packed with secrets and lies. It will make you frustrated but at the same time curious how things will turn out for Michael and Tera. Their chemistry is off the charts and their love is deep but it’s built on deception so will it last? On to book two…fingers crossed🤞🏻

Bestie put her friend in place! You have no job, drive a fancy car, buy whatever you want. How you got the wealth has the same result as who provided the opportunity to obtain it. And you want to call Michael “bad”! 🙄

I seem to be in my veteran era of books and I’m ok with that. I didn’t realize this book had veterans in it. However, this is a series I won’t be finishing right away. The narrators largely have something to do with it. I love Jeremy York but it really grates my nerves that the female narrates the male parts and vice versa! Both their voices were great individually but gosh!
The storyline was kind of “this is my first book”. The editors could’ve done a bit better with this. The only reason I’m definitely going to finish it is because of the ending.

I couldn't stop listening... only way I can read is to listen. I know it's awesome when I have it on every chance I can.
