You don’t have to be Jewish to appreciate Rabbi Moffic’s wisdom. Just human. I loved his ability to see life from many perspectives and gayer bits and pieces from many faith traditions and literature and stories from real people.

In the chapter about the first part of the prayer, the author answers a question the Christian churches never could as I grew up. I had 2 “Mary’s” for parents. At age 38, I never thought I’d hear a reasonable answer that resonated with me. The feeling afterwards was relief for me. Regret for my sister. I listened to every single minute. I loved this book so much.
