In "The Model Millionaire", the destiny of a young, ambitious, brilliant pauper changes with an act of his misplaced generosity. "The Happy Prince" is one of Oscar Wilde’s renowned fairy tales. From his vantage point, high above the city, the statue of The Happy Prince gives of himself in a way most astonishing. In "The Sphinx Without a Secret", we learn of an enigmatic woman who holds a secret so close, no suitor can win her.

The Happy Prince, conclision, sounds to me like an Egyptian mythological Christ allegory in a dystopian setting.

Egyptian Christ Allegory (?)

A sad tale with a great moral of self sacrifice and kindness thrown in for good measure. There are other narrators that doe a better job but B J does a good job for the price.

Enjoyable

My introduction to the writings of Oscar Wilde. The Model Millionaire, The Happy Prince, and The Sphinx Without a Secret. All three very entertaining and easy to understand. Not too serious or silly and and very witty. Enjoyable to read.

Wonderful Collection of Writings

It sad that writing of this quality is a thing of the past and not to be repeated in the future.
