Different readers

Ok I'm really enjoying this series. Others are complaining about the 2 different readers of this series, I had a really hard time listening to the first reader in the series but I finally got used to her and enjoyed listening to the series. The second reader was also a little hard to get used to especially when she kept saying "Charlie said Evangeline said Tom said" Etc. that got a little irritating. but after a while it either stopped or I got used to hearing it. The series is really good and I enjoy it.I I will continue listening to the series .

I really like these books

I love the topics, family, interactions, stories, etc. of the books up to this point. I listen to a lot of different books since I drive around all day & I hate to be negative about narration but it's really distracting taking double takes in my mind trying to remember how old these women are. They are made out to sound like children instead of women with children of their own. Jen's voice is sooo whiny I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to continue listening. I loved the more southern feel of previous books.
I may have to just let my preteen listen & buy the books in print if I want to continue.

I'm love the witch and ghost plus basis of the stories.

Very gripping with an excellent pace. Found it very hard to put it down. Caught myself staring out windows just listening totally enraptured.

threw me off they switched narrators

it took me a bit to get into this sequel they switched narrators. all the previous books were read by someone else. this narrator did am alright job. Story was great I love seeing the characters genre developed.

So far the best

At first I didn’t think I could go through the whole book with the change of narrator. I was pleasantly surprise how I was drawn into it. New narrator did an excellent job with the many characters, especially the demon! Will definitely continue listening.
