Jenny and her out of this world friends are on a mission to protect all the citizens of the Dimensional Alliance. She discovers her strengths and talents along the way. Dillabough weaves an intriguing tale with a lively cast of characters and good, clean action. You can while away the hours with this fantastic tale of discovery and adventure. First in the series. Sure to become a classic.

Solid sci-fi, looking forward to the next

This was an interesting story with likeable, "real" feeling characters (not cardboard cutouts), and a compelling and clear good-versus-evil storyline. If you are looking for antiheroes or blurred lines between right and wrong, you should skip this one. But honestly, it's refreshing to me to have something where those distinctions are nice and clear-cut. The narration was very good and well-suited to the story and she did a great job with the various characters to make them feel distinct. I'm glad to see there's a sequel in print and I'm looking forward to when it's published in audio format.

Magically Awesome

Do you want to be taken into a new world where anything is possible? Then you need to listen to this audio-book about a girl named Jenny who finds herself inheriting a house and a cat. Except, its not at all what she expected and she finds herself immersed in a world of multiple dimensions. Where the cat isn't just a cat and other beings of Myth are real. She is thrust into responsibilities that no typical twenty year old would ever take on, but she does it with class. The author does an excellent job in bringing each character to life. She builds unbelievable worlds that make the reader want to step into and explore.
The narrator does an excellent job at bringing these characters to life with all of their nuisances and quirks. She weaves the the story and makes you feel like you are walking right next to Jenny, Tidbit and all the rest.
This is an excellent and clean story that you don't want to miss listening to.

Fantastic World Building

I had no idea what this book was going to be about when I got it. I just thought it sounded interesting. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised! This book is the start of a trilogy that is part of another, larger series and it’s the first book of the set. If this is book one, I can’t wait to find out what the rest of the books will be like. I loved all the characters. I love that I didn’t have to dislike half the people and wonder if this person or that person was the bad guy because they’re so dislikable. There was one person that rubbed me the wrong way and I couldn’t put my finger on why, but I just didn’t like them. This isn’t a book about power gone awry, it’s a book about peace, and hope, and love. But, there are plenty of power hungry people in it in a weird sort of way. It’s so different from most other books that it’s hard to describe. All I can say, is listen to it and you will see. I want to live in this world. It’s all so believable. It sounds so doable. I want to be a part of it. I looked for the next book in the series as soon as this one ended, but the next book isn’t out yet. I certainly hope it comes out soon.

As for the narrator, she was awesome! She was pretty much perfect in my opinion!
