To help her cope, Raleigh attends regular support group meetings for people like her, and that’s where she meets Hollis.

The timing couldn’t be worse for the two women, but they discover there’s something between them that’s worth pursuing, even when nothing else in their lives seems to be going right.

Fantastic story

Wow! What a story!! This is a fantastic book. Intriguing characters and a plot that pulls you end from start to finish. It’s the first sapphic story that has made me cry.

I was thrilled the characters from the first 2 books played vital roles in this one.

The narration was superb.

Heartfelt read!

I don’t even know if I have the right words to describe how truly amazing this book is. There are a lot of terrible things that get unpacked, but it’s told in a realistically hopefully way. Bad things can happen in life but if you have the right people like Hollis and Raleigh found in each other, to get you through them you can not only survive but thrive.

I love how Dylan, Ada (The Disappeared), Kenna, and Ripley (The Fire) all play important roles in this story. Olivia is fantastic too!

Most importantly I want to say the narrator, Blair Baker, was PHENOMENAL at bringing these characters to life. She takes an already great story and makes it even better with the way she performs it… from the simple things like laughing and coughing… she nails each character’s emotions! You have to listen for yourself.

I won’t lie, this is an emotional book but it is sooo worth it!

Fav of series so far

This one was my favorite of the series so far, one more to go. I am really loving the narration of the story. Able to distinguish between each character easily helps sink into the story.

It felt so real

Real life meets fiction. I fell in love with Hollis and Rawley, too. How they were there for each other while still working through their own stuff is amazing. Just how I wish real life would work

This was a WOW book

Well written, and an excellent story line, loved the MC. So sensitive I teared up. Narration was excellent as well.
