ANOTHER EXCELLENT READ BY SHANNON

Shannon's books are never a disappointment. Great story, excellent narrating by Boyd Barrett, fantastic keeps you guessing mystery, & extremely well written. For those wondering, you don't have to have read the other books in the series in order to read/listen one apart from the other. Read them in order or not if you choose, your decision. I have read them all & have loved every single one. Her who done it novels really keep you guessing. Just when you think you've figured it out, you discover you were wrong. One thing I truly love about Shannon Works novels is that they are written without all the time sucking details that don't pertain to the story & there's never any time wasting useless smut trying to make the reader reading. In her novels, there's no need because the story itself is enough to keep you interested in wanting to know more. The Killing Storm is no different, it's all that & more. One thing I love about this novel (& her other novels) is that they always leave you feeling satisfied & happy with the ending. They never leave you feeling disappointed or wishing they had ended differently. LOVE THAT! The narrator Shannon uses, Boyd Barrett, does an excellent job! He has one of those unmistakable, clear, deep, & level voices that was made for narrating or announcing. His voice & ability to tell the story makes you want to just sit back & listen. I highly recommend The Killing Storm & Shannon Works other novels. You will be happy you listened & want to read/listen to all the others in the series.

The series kept me on my toes once again. Excited to see what Jack is up to in the next book!

Loved all three books. Can’t wait for the next series!! Hope it is soon. Every book had a surprise ending.
