When everything goes wrong, one must either improvise or die.

After encountering unexpected resistance on what was supposedly a routine heist, the Nepenthe’s boarding team goes missing, and everyone is presumed dead. Having no time to mourn, the crew immediately hires other, more unsavory individuals to make another attempt.
But as events unfold, the battle to possess the true contents of this mysterious prize will ultimately determine the fate of an entire domain, a Concordance star cluster teetering on the verge of civil war.
