Pretty awesome. Giving this 4 stars.

I’ll start with the negative… I feel like I got a little bored in the beginning, but then it got much better. It did start off slow, though. Beyond that, it was awesome. I love the ending. The author really uses the end to shock us into reading the next book (which hasn’t disappointed, yet). I for one will be buying the next one. It’s hard to find books that are told in such a lifelike way, but this one definitely is.

A consistent author.

This author has done it again. The perfect story, excellent plot twists, and beautifully budding romance. I just love that Meagan isn’t an average girl who is easily swept from her feel by Jack. I’m looking forward to reading the next book!

I love the book!

The way the story is told is amazing and their love story is so unexpected and adorable. But I feel like Lucy and the other minor characters are just plopped in there. It kind of drags when I don’t know anyone but the two main characters. They’re not completely underdeveloped, but I just feel like I can’t relate with them. Still a good book, though!

Overall, it was a very good book!

The end of the book left so many unanswered questions that I am looking forward to reading about in the next book. I’d like to have had all my questions answered, but the book was good.

It’s a decent book.

I usually look for a hotter, more steamy connection between two people in a story, but Jack and Meagan were alright. It’s a little slow moving up until the second part of the book and Meagan was a good enough character. Unfortunately, she was very indecisive and tended to lack the intricate character development. She wasn’t entirely stagnant, but I would have liked to see more of her personality.
