The Last Sentinel of Europa
Inspired by the Greek Myth of Talos
The last guardian of Earth has awakened, and it is demanding judgment.
When encrypted signals from the outer system breach Earth’s defenses, Commander Selene Tyros is dispatched to Europa to confront Talos, the final sentinel of a forgotten security network. For seven centuries it listened. Now it speaks, invoking trials, braided probabilities, and remnants of the Moirai once severed from humanity’s fate.
As Selene uncovers evidence that Talos is rewriting Earth’s planetary shield, she must decide whether to destroy the machine, or risk humanity’s freedom to learn what it is calling. Every choice tightens unseen threads. Every delay carries cost.
If Selene fails, Earth will not fall to invasion, but to something far worse: judgment without consent.
The Last Sentinel of Europa is a tense, philosophical hard sci-fi novel infused with mythic resonance, perfect for listeners who crave cosmic stakes, ethical dilemmas, and ancient gods reborn as machines.

I was able to finish this in one session, and the story held my attention as well as challenging me to remember parts of Greek mythology. The narration wasn’t the draw for me but it was good enough to keep me listening!
