Great Listen!

This book was great. Love the examples and stories. This gives great perspective to the leaders mentioned in this book. Very motivating!

Good stories but tries too hard

I enjoyed the bios on some of the leaders and there were several insights I gleaned but it seemed the author was reaching for the points he was making.

There’s always room for improvement no matter what your position is or age!

No matter where you are at in life and in your career, there’s always room to improve. Reflect, dissect and get better. Learn not only from your mistakes but from others. Good luck to everyone who reads/hears this book.

Felt like too much 'what' and not enough 'how to'.

The stories about these leaders are interesting but not particularly valuable (to me, at any rate). There was a lot of: This leader is great and these are their accomplishments. Not a lot of: Here are the steps, tactics, strategies, and actions required to be a better leader.
