How much I would enjoy this book

Only thing I disliked was how short it was, but I’m assuming there will be at least another book based on the ending.

Fantastic and unique world building

Buy this now! First Abby Craden is the GOAT of narrators. She brought the characters alive. This book is a gem of a listen. It was a unique plot and world creation in the fantasy genre. The character arcs are interesting, believable, and complex. The romance was spicy. Even though you know there will be a HEA it was still an interesting path to get there with enough twists and turns to stay true to the plot line. I will be looking and listening for more books by this author. Enjoy your listen!

Enjoyable with a good plot, but left me wishing for more

I loved the story for its uniqueness! As always Abby Craden brought the characters to life with her incredible talent! The Plot was good, but I wish the author dove a bit deeper with her world building and character development! Some of the scenes seemed rushed and then jumped to a bit too far into the future…I was left with the feeling of wanting more substance a few times. I’m hopeful the next book will give us that!! I will re-listen to this in be for enjoyment when the next one comes out! This was a nice escape and easy listen, perfect for what I needed at this time in my life!

A good time

Not something I would normally read but I am doing a book bingo and this was great for multiple squares. And I really enjoyed it. I think gargoyle romances are a new favorite.
