Not her best

I love the author. But she has been writing more books, more frequently and perhaps the quality is suffering as a result. You knew what had happened half way through the book, so the ending wasn't a surprise. The ending also felt abrupt and lacking any real feeling of satisfaction. I was waiting for the twist or the final piece to make me understand why I listened to the last half of it and it never really got there for me.

Kept me listening and intrigued but the story was one faceted and ultimately predictable

Nice narration and kept me listening. Flat storyline and hard to believe some of the ins and outs of the plot.

you know it’s not him but then it has to be him, but then you think it’s not him because that would be a boring story line.. as always she writes a great book that keeps you so interested. Great read.
