Another great story by Sara Ackerman. She has a way of depicting the horrors of war in a way that’s not too heavy while interweaving a good and interesting story.

Really enjoyed the book. Have been to Pearl Harbor and remembered some of the item and scenes she speaks of.

Hooked from the start! An exciting story!

I LOVED listening to this book! It was very fast-paced and I hardly paused until it was done! The story gave a solid picture of the horrors that the men and women of Pearl Harbor faced, while gracefully telling a story of love, courage and vindication.

Good pace and different view point of WWII story

The reading was a bit monotone but the story was entertaining. I appreciated a different viewpoint on a WWII story.
