Always Great!

I always enjoy this series, every single book I've listened to so far! All of the characters make a perfect team, which makes for great reading. I prefer when characters don't act stupid or incapable of understanding each other just for added filler, Marlow and team are intelligent and work together well, my kind of dynamic for a police procedural. Perfect reading with a splash of murder and mayhem in Wales! I love this author and the narrator!

Another excellent mystery rich in personalities

The narrator’s choice of a voice for Marlowe is pitch perfect. And all those Welsh phrases and place names, so confusing on the page, are music in my ear.

Love all the main characters

I’ve enjoyed listening to this series. Although someone has been murdered, the puns keep it from getting to heavy.

The entire series is brilliant. Culture, character development, nature, the roles dogs play in human lives, good and evil on a see-saw with plenty in the middle.
