But when a boy from her old neighborhood returns to town, the nightmares of that summer will begin to resurface, and its unsolved mysteries will finally become clear.

Different than what I had thought

This book has been in my library for at least a year or longer. I don't know why j waited so king - I loved the book and did not want it to end. I am sad there are no more books by this author, I would read them all!

Longings? More like too Long.

What could Karen Brown have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Too much superfulous writing. The pace was painfully slow.

narrator was fine.

there was so much sheer boredom, I couldn't even pick any particular scene.
