The Lost Pathfinder

After a century of imprisonment, demons have broken free of the wardstones surrounding the Worldwound. As fiends flood south into civilized lands, Count Varian Jeggare and his hellspawn bodyguard, Radovan, must search through the ruins of a fallen nation for the blasphemous text that opened the gate to the Abyss in the first place - and that might hold the key to closing it. In order to succeed, however, the heroes will need to join forces with pious crusaders, barbaric local warriors, and even one of the legendary god callers. Why does this cost a full credit at no more than an hour in length?

Start of an Adventure

Gave a little bit of a header to the series to come with the same charaters. I listened after I finshed the vooks, pretty awesome to see the character development since then.

Solid short fantasy vignettes with cool characters

I enjoy the Pathfinder world and this is an update to some well loved characters in that world.

Incomplete, needs more context

this is a tale from the middle of a larger story and there is no clue to what that story is.

The missing prologue to Prince of Wolves

This short story serves as a better introduction to Gross' protagonists, but his style favors them over plot and language. I'm left curious over how these characters develop, but frustrated with how the stories are told. Perhaps a matter of preference.
