This is a “how to” book. It is very informative, and explains how to do the cleanse. I would have liked it better if it contained testimonials of the benefits for those people who have tried it.

Simple and direct

I like how the author went straight to the point. It’s not a long book at all which is very nice. This book has helped me heal my body and my mind!

My pain let me to the Master Cleanse

At the age of 28 I was desperate to find some relief from my joint pain that I gave the master cleanse a try, and the results were incredible.
I had forgotten what a pain free body felt like.
People think I’m crazy when ever they hear I’m on the cleanse and I think I’m crazy not too.
Going on almost 30 years of practicing the Mater Cleanse on and off I can truly say it has become my ANSWER.
