This was a great book with some more uplifting information and advice on Aging. I liked the narrator's voice very much. the author told great stories and really knew what he was talking about. I excitedly told stories to friends of mine in the aging technology and innovation community. This book was truly inspiring.

Too light on neurology and too heavy on cherry picked anecdotes. This could have been better with more research.
