For anyone who competes in sports professionally, recreationally or competes in business, this book is for you. This book will help you keep your head in the game, effected less by negative thoughts. What I didn't expect, is it taught me to be ego-less.

This book won't change your life, at least not immediately. You need to practice what you learn on a consistent basis to overcome the negative thoughts that enter your mind. You also need to stay humble as you develop into the person you want to be.

It was able to help me especially in getting through a tough time with medical issues and hold on to positivity, even when it was becoming most challenging.
