I met the author through a nonprofit we both serve, and that’s how I was introduced to this book. Once I opened it, I couldn’t put it down! I kept reading, not wanting it to end — and when it finally did, I wished there was more. The story is honest and deeply relatable. The author’s courage to be vulnerable on these pages draws you in completely. Through sharing her weakest moments, she reveals the incredible strength she possesses in navigating the hills and valleys of life.She paints a vivid picture of the beautiful community she’s built and the kind of love story everyone dreams of. Her words radiate hope, reminding readers that even through challenges, beauty and grace are always within reach.Beautifully written — I can’t wait for her next book!

What a dramatic true story. It really shows the highs and lows of life and the importance of relationships. I love reading about the author’s strong friendships throughout this very difficult time and it inspires me to work on my community and to focus on healthy living. Time to start drinking some green drinks!
