Outstanding Success Framework

I recommend this book to anyone who wants to set a productive beat that is consistent across their organizations culture. This book is also great alongside Scaling Up by Verne Harnish. Highly recommend throughly going through The Metronome Effect and sharing the exercises with your team.

Good information but...

This book had great info and thoughts however the reader came of as very monotone. It would be better with a different narrator.
