The acting was stellar. And I really enjoyed the well crafted, cleverly revealed story too.

Just in time for the summer solstice! This book was high on my anticipated 2024 releases list after reading Lucy Foley’s previous books The Hunting Party, The Guest List, and The Paris Apartment. It did not disappoint. Although it took me a while to get into the story due to its intricate plotting, once it took off, it was like fireworks—huge revelations and some very unexpected twists!

Excellent narration by all actors

The parts played by the different voices were really beautifully narrated, the characters came alive

The narration is impeccable

Great intricate story that really comes together at the end. I always enjoy this author’s work.
