Kept My Interest Piqued!

I was only expecting the the mythological/supernatural aspects of the book. When it began with sci-fi, I knew I would love it! I was right. Loved it!!!

Worth a Listen

It was an interesting story that balanced romance and levity making it an enjoyable read.

Why this narrator?

I liked the story but was hard to pay attention to the narrator. I found myself rewinding all the time. The issue for me is the protagonist is a young black female and the narrator is an old white lady, even the dialogue falls short.

Ugh

Well at first I thought this was going to be a good listen, but then it ended up being a disappointment. The cliffhanger didn’t leave me in wanting to know what was going to happen next . Such a disappointment

Sci fi mythology supernatural

Gods are aliens that came to this world and were treated like gods. Their myths brûlés to be this huge deal in2079 Earth. They own huge corporation. Have there is sex training programs and sex workers. The orgies are sanctioned breeding ground. That part was a bit of a turn off but there was hope.
Diana and Mac were destined to meet and be more. Their one night was just the beginning. The courtship would be different. Their road to future was something you could not plan. The final notes of the story was indeed and cliffhanger but that was an over arching cliffhanger. We see Diana and Mac get their ending.
