I liked it. it is your subconscious mind causes the placebo effects. it is not miracles, I gave it 4 star because subconscious mind does not have super power, just has more information that your conscious mind has.

Everyone can derive benefit from the truths!

What ever your religion or lack thereof, there is more truth and practical, valuable wisdom in this Classic from the early sixties than there is in ninety percent of the "Self Help" tomes. The key is in the follow through and application of these principles.

Good introduction into the mind

This is a great introduction or refresher to the topic of the mind and it's functionality. Also teaches clearly how to use it. Definitely recommend it.
