great narration duo!

5 stars for the narration by Allie Martina and Gideon Frost ( who are so fantastic together )
3.5 stars for the book that had all the makings of a great book but needed just a bit more fleshing out of the storyline . Eve Marian (new to me author) did a great job hooking me with the premise and the tropes, I just wish there was more details.
With that, I will say, yes, I need all the brothers' stories!!

Frances accidentally pretends to be Colton's newest PA in order to pay for her brother's tuition.
Colton is the epitome of a grumpy CEO who scares off everyone but Frances.
I really love how gentle he is with her and how she gets him to soften up.

Gideon is the perfect voice for Colton who has serious trust issues due to childhood trauma. His voice can go from growly alpha to sensitive and emotional flawlessly.
Allie portrayed Fran so beautifully. I felt all her emotions come through her narration.

The Mix-Up

Okay 1st off. I have to say this book was so cute. I loved every bit of it. But that ending was my favorite. this story is about 2 people that have a hard time with trust, especially Colton. he is one grumpy CEO. But like alway it takes a good woman to tame a grumpy man, and Francis is a woman with her own problems too. she is trying to work hard to help her family and her brother. when one day she get yes mix up for someone else. and get the job as a PA, but she never thought she would win the heart of her CEO Boss. but then he finds out the truth and everything comes crashing down even the business Proposal he's been trying to get for awhile now. Now the question is will he get the land that he wants? will Colton forgive Francis for lying? will she forgive Colton for what he did? and last but not least will they try and make thing work and this time with no lies and secrets between them.

Not terrible

The storyline is pretty good, and the narration got better along with the story. The first 25% of the book is cringey and pretty bad. But Audible wouldn’t give me my credit back, so I figured I might as well listen to it. I have to say that it got much better after that. So, if you want a pretty decent story this one fits the bill. The storyline is cute and worth a listen.

The Mix-Up is a mistaken identity, grumpy billionaire romance. Frannie has been working in the mailroom for several years at Crawford Corp. Colton is the grumpy CEO. One day Frannie goes to deliver something to Colton’s office. She sees a resume on his desk for his new PA. Colton mistakes her for his new PA and hires her on the spot. Frannie is the first woman Colton has ever wanted to get to know further then a trip
To his bedroom. Allie Martina and Gideon Frost did a fantastic job narrating this book.
