You can tell that the stories were not written by Larry and I was not a big fan of the female narrator. Overall it was still a great book and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Not quite the same.

I really enjoyed this, and hope more come out in this series soon. I'm getting ready to read Sinners, then I might just go back and re-read the whole series.

These are stories of different MHI characters. There are some great ancillary characters , and I hope they show up in future books. This book helps round out MHI by showing glimpses into the lives of other monster hunters. There was only one story I don't like, and another that just leaves me scratching my head.

Narrators were great.

This book has lots of bad language, and of course, lots of violence, as usual. If you haven't read any of the other books, start with book one. I'm not a violence /language fan in books, but these are just good books.

I WOULD NOT LET THESE books be read by children under 16 at least. They are vividly written, enough to give a child nightmares, especially the older children, (evidence gained from my own children from other innocuous reading) even if you don't care about your children being inundated by the F* word and other, and constant violence. They are enjoyable adult books.

And what did they do next?
