It was the most wonderful time of the year for everyone...except Betsy Morgan! She barely had enough money to pay her rent and utilities...let alone any extra for clothes or Christmas gifts. She had run away from home when she was 17 and had never looked back.

She had just arrived at the Panguitch Inn to do her cleaning job and was getting frustrated when the last group of people still hadn't left the room so she could start her cleaning.
