It takes courage to admit that you have been duped by a narcissist into giving up years of your life into a dead-end one-sided "relationship". The truth is you could have been manipulated and controlled for decades and not even know it. Narcissists (male or female) will use covert emotional manipulation techniques to get what they want from you, and remain undetected.

The puppet-strings pulling you can be quite subtle (they're almost invisible in the heat of the moment); and that's how you've been influenced to serve the narcissist's agenda.

By the time you even realize what it's going on, they've already milked the cow until it bleeds and sent it to the butcher. They'll use you like a tool draining you of financial, emotional and psychological resources - extracting every bit of relevant value possible.

Then when the tool is used-up and no longer of use, narcs will discard it like it's trash. You could have invested years of your life, but it's now you're disregarded as a worthless entity.

The first rule of dealing with a narcissist is: Never, never, never, never, take it personally. How a single person views you should not define your worth as a human-being. You have incredibly high worth - regardless of your level of success with the opposite sex. Understand this: You are worthy of respect and love. Don't stay with someone who doesn't treat you like the high priority you should be.

Every ending is a new beginning. What has happened in the past, doesn't compare to the amazing things that will happen in the future. You have great things in store for you in the future!

If you're stuck thinking about the past then you'll miss out on opportunities sin the present. If you're wasting valuable time obsessing over an ex, then you're not focusing on the new beautiful sexy people you could be meeting and forming connections with right now. The big key is to take all of the energy and time that you spend thinking about a former lover; then redirect it towards goals.

Not what it says

this book is not what it says I want my money back please and thank you.

Not even about the disorder, besides the author being one!

Horrible, opinionated, arrogant, and sad. Not what I expected when I read the description. Completely misleading!

Wrong book.

I have tried to download this book twice now. I will be returning it again. It doesn’t have anything to do to with the description.

This book was not about narcissistic personality disorder. The sample reading was very misleading. Refund please
