This would have been a perfect listen had the narrator's strong speech impediment not been so overwhelming distracting.

The book does a good job discussing the beginnings of the Nazi T4 program, showing that the doctors, patients, and community all knew what was happening. However, the book then changes focus and the majority of the book becomes a biography of Kurt Gerstein--not the T4 program. The narration is also poor and distracting.
