This book represents one section of my book Unkilling Jesus . I have separated out this section of the book because I believe it can stand alone and make a case that the gospels have been fabricated. This book describes that fabrication and how it served to create, eventually, the religion known as Christianity. (Please note that there is an already published book excised from my book Unkilling Jesus. It also stands alone and make the argument on how the fish symbol became associate with both Titus and Jesus. This book is called The Mark of Titus .)

This book is about love for the mind of man. It is my conviction that the mind of man deserves defending. Any appeal that asks the mind to accept ideas without the judgment of proof is an insult to the mind that leads to loss and ignorance. It is not my goal to insult people for their views but to appeal to their better minds, minds that demand proof and clear thinking. My efforts to elevate science, logic, proof, and scholarship are intended to elevate human certainty. As I have written above, such efforts are an act of love.
