My neighbor is a greasy, loud, obnoxious slob. I’m not saying I would rather have a beautiful, evil, soul sucking succubus living next door, but Ray Garton at least makes a solid case for it - if it weren’t for the mass murder and going straight to hell part…

Ok. I lied. My neighbors are all actually very nice and not slobby, nor particularly, greezy. Can’t really have a super sexy succubus running amok, screwing and killing everybody in the neighborhood anyway, it’s just not good for property values.

This one is pure Garton - A quick moving, dark tale of suburban horror with plenty of sex, dolloped with ample amounts of violence and blood.

Definitely x rated read. A good story that had a open ending. I guess evil never dies.

Wow, what a story! A succubus moves in across the street and the whole neighborhood goes crazy, building up to an explosive ending!

Enjoyed the story though at times it seemed to be a bit repetitive but it was worth the money.
