New York on New Year’s Eve 1921 glitters like a diamond in a police searchlight…

Kit and Mary Aston join Aunt Agatha and Uncle Alastair in New York to usher in 1922. At a lavish murder mystery party hosted by the charismatic writer, Amory Beaufort, tensions simmer among the elite guests before his murder throws the party off its Foxtrot and into a a wild chase to prevent the next death.

Containing a short mystery story within a story, The New Year’s Eve Murders is perfect holiday reading for murder mystery fans of all ages who like Agatha Christie with a dash of PG Wodehouse and Damon Runyon.

This mystery can be read as a standalone book and is a perfect introduction to the murderously twisty books featuring Kit Aston.

See what Amazon reviewers have said about the previous novels in the series.

The story, the characters, the plot. What more can I say. Except in parts it was truly emotional, as reflected in the characters history. Very sad in parts but a brilliant story.”

“What more could you ask for. Villainous characters, humour, edge of the seat storyline and relatable personalities as the main driving force behind the plot. Superb!”

This title was free, but I would have happily paid to listen to it. Recently I have been enjoying several of Jack Murray's books here on Audible. Virtual Voice narration is the only reason I did not give this one 5 stars.
