I’ve worked my way through nearly 40 audible books to date and this is the first review I’ve been inspired to write. This book has helped me so much, I literally listened to it over one weekend because I knew the quicker I finish it, the quicker I can apply all the magical tools to my day to day and the funny thing is, it’s like I don’t even have to think about it, it’s as if my brain has been recalibrated and now my relationship with myself has improved which in turn, improved my relationship with everything else.
