what a way to end the book nnd next book the story gets better and better

WTF!?

Ok so book 2 was a bit better, though that twist at the end didn't even see coming. McAllister, Royce father is even more creeper than the first book especially when it comes to Maris. Maris is very gullible throughout the book. always trying to reference herself as Medusa, even though she doesn't act like it. definitely gonna have to read book 3 to find out more.

If your triggered by scenes where the person is manipulated into being forced to do something you would not like this book. I liked the book overall besides that
