I always enjoy reading about strong woman characters! It reminds me what our ancestors fought for so we can be who we today. I love the narrator.

Loved the women coming together to save the new comers

The judge didn’t get what was due to him for his double standards. I hate that the men listened to a drunk, the men had double standards.

Great prequel to the Paradise series!!

Carolyn Brown has done it again! This is a great book with some historical factors about early women's rights movement mixed in. It was nice to find out more about the original Paradise and the ladies that worked and lived there.
