The author simplifies the complexities of understanding passive investment income options with risk and benefits associated. In a clear voice and steps (I love it when the author narrates their own audio!), helps you kick start or re-examine options that fit, and do not fit, your short term and long term needs. Does a good job, worth the price

The content is very well laid out and gives a great BASIC understanding and overview of passive income investing. Well worth the low price.

Narrator is really good with a few hiccups and mistakes here and there.

The book was short and to the point . Great book.

I loved it. It will be kept in my library for future reference and review!! Should have had this book years ago.
