What am I reading here where is the path?

This book never seemed to be going anywhere. Skipped chapter 4 completely after 5-10 minutes. Confused to what this book was actually about. Repeatedly talked about ordinary life experiences like divorce. I didn't find any spiritual guidance in this book "Besides our lives are in our own hands." Which anyone initiated in spiritual teachings should know.

I don't like leaving a negative review on a positive subject but we have to be honest with ourselves. The book is titled "Path to spiritual breakthrough." Where is that for the reader? I found no meditations in this book, no practices, little helpful insights besides one or two obvious thoughts that any open minded person would have already come to.

This book left me completely confused along with the fellow reviews that edged me to listen.

This book could have been more accurately titled "My spiritual experiences."

I only must leave my honest review to inform others of my experience here.
