Many people spend frustrating time and energy trying to manage jobs, careers, hobbies, families, and relationships. The constant factor in all of these is people. This book is a great, down-to-earth guide to managing the constant factor in all things. I highly recommend it.

I like how in simple words he explains and helps you understand how to improve your communication skills, how to work in a team, how to use emotional intelligence and a lot of practical advice to put into practice.

Much needed lesson in soft skills

I struggle with interpersonal relationships, especially at work, so this for was me. Great practical things to try. A ton of compassion. This will be a genuine help. Great narrator too!
