Oh, come on

Cartoon character sniffles and chuckles in the midst of a fairly good bumbling cop story? At least there were no “smiles that didn’t reach…” that I could discern. Though my vigilance may prove to be inadequate.

Perfect narrator

This book in the series was decent, I like how this narrator makes the characters become real and makes each character sound different, which I like.

Really enjoyed this story. So many twists and turns. Lot of red herrings! But sometimes I worry about the main character!! He just seems to jump at a suspect when he does not have enough!

My Favorite or Next Favorite

I felt this story was the most complex of the series. I thought I had it all figured out.. and in all fairness did have half of it right.. but alas I was off the mark at the end. Thoroughly enjoyed this one.

Several converging and interrelated storylines. This one keeps you guessing right up to the end.
