The Phantom and Delilah

Just when most had lost all hope, on one dark night in the city of Chicago, a hero is born. Nobody knows who he is. They simply call him the Phantom. This loner dressed in black is rendering justice for the people, where before there was none. Yet, his unconventional methods land him in trouble with the law. Wanted for questioning in connection with the mysterious deaths of dozens of gangsters, the ninja warrior continues to elude the police. The mayor is furious and demands the Phantom be brought to justice. Refusing to allow a vigilante run his city, he calls upon the FBI. The director sends a new recruit, thinking this mysterious person is only a hoax. However, for Agent Brooke Carson, he is all too real. After having him in her grasp, time and time again the creature vanishes like the ghost his name implies. Some begin to question her loyalty, which she is quick to defend. Determined to prove her peers wrong, she continues to stalk her prey. Once he has avenged his family’s murder, the Phantom continues to rescue others from disaster. Having taken down the Mafia, the criminals are feeling the effects of his actions. Finally, with their backs against the wall, they bring in a host of ninja to deal with one of their own kind. The most feared of them is the Dragon who has two reasons for taking the assignment: money and to avenge his brother’s death. In the meantime, Agent Carson conjures up a plan, hoping to set a trap. In doing so, she unintentionally creates her own legend. Now there are two heroes: The Phantom & Delilah!
