I was expecting this audiobook to be a short version of Atomic Habits, but instead I found a different path toward the same purpose, a more personal voice on how to make small improvements in my life so I can start seeing the changes I’ve been wanting.

The three-step process it follows is quick but powerful because it focuses on the personal goals each of us wants to achieve, without judging you, no matter how small or “common” they may seem. After that initial stage of personal definition, the author helps you identify the habits you need to implement in order to reach those goals. It’s simple yet powerful and, more importantly, grounded in psychology.

I especially loved the chapter about building consistency, since that’s where I struggle the most. Once I establish habits, I tend to slowly let them fade over time.

If you’re looking for an alternative path to Atomic Habits, this may be it.

It's not long and as a listener, it goes straight to what is essential to make changes in your life without adding information that isn't necessary. Making these changes can have a lasting legacy for your relationships, employment and how you feel about yourself. The narration was perfect for this type of book.

This audiobook was really good because it talked about making little habits that help you do better. The narrator had a great voice that made it sound like it was your uncle talking to you. I liked how it said you don’t need to do big stuff, just start small and keep going. It was easy to understand, and I didn’t get confused because everything was explained simple. The book made me think I can actually change my life if I do small things every day. I liked how they told you to celebrate even little wins, because that makes me feel proud. Its really all about taking the first step and usually it’s a small one.

Great book idea
