It has good parts and has great scripture references. It talks about the priesthood as believers in Christ, the history of it, and it's use. I don't like the mentions of affirmations, because God affirms us through personal righteousness and commandment keeping. Unsure how to get my $7.99 refunded. It's ok if I can't get my money back because at least it's on the spectrum of good. I'm looking for something more potent though. I don't recommend buying this, but totally up to you.
