But living in such close quarters, and aiding Wolff in his Bow Street cases, fans the flames of their mutual attraction. If Anya’s true identity is revealed, does their romance stand a chance? I'm not a big fan of "Royal s" stories but I do enjoy Kate Batman's books and this series has been fun. I also listened to the audiobook in parts and Beverley Crick always does an excellent job! ❤

Not Bad. Even though sometimes the hero was way too cocky for my taste. Overall, the story was good.

Beverley Crick is amazing with accents and narration. She made the story feel like a movie in my brain. The story is amazing with a dashing confident rogue of a hero, who is a marksmen and as swashbuckling as he can be! Our heroine matches him in wit, intelligence and cunning and their slow romance is intertwined with international intrigue until their burn explodes in fire. It is a book I could not put down until the end. It was a satisfying story and a relief filled ending filled with passion and humor.

Fantastic, loved everything about this story.

I hated it. I hated the sloppy writing. I hated the machuism of the MMC. I hated that silly plot that a Dowger would have setup that the 2 MCs live together alone. <such BS> I hate how quickly and easily the FMC gave into the rogue's come ons. But what I hated the most was that the FMC once protrayed as strong independent woman lost all common sense in order to give the book a climax. Soooo dumb!

so stupid!
