I’m successful and determined, but I don't play by the rules. Heck, I don't even have rules except one. I never ever get involved with my assistants. After a very bad experience years ago, I know better than to mix business and pleasure.

When I realize my mistake, I change the tune. I'm cold and distant but my plan is not working. Not one bit.

Whenever she steps into my office, all I think about is bending her over my desk. When she gives me sass, all I want is to cover her mouth with mine until she begs for more. Daisy is fun and unlike anyone I've met, and I gravitate toward her whether I want it or not.

When she suddenly gets a call from home that her family needs help, I immediately take over. All lines blur, but one thing I know for sure, I won't let Daisy go. I just have to convince her that I'm the one.

And I'm very convincing when I want to be.

When are you gonna write Beckett story you can just put it right there and said he has a baby. Where’s the rest of it? When is his story coming on?

This is a really good series and loving this book in the bunch.
Romance is strong. Forbidden love. Steamy bits. Engaging storyline. Wholesome tale.

ANTHONY & DAISY

There's nothing I love more than a book that's full of unexpected responses. Layla Hagen writes these so well! Reading the blurb for this book had my mind racing ahead to the responses. You can't do that with her books, and I love that!!! Anthony and Daisy find their HEA with struggles, but the trail to that is not what you anticipate it to be. No traumatic back story involved. This is a 10/5 ☆.
