Cutesy Love Story

I'm a fan of predictable and complicated budding romance. Liked how things played out and the full circle moments. The narrator's voice threw me off overall and it didn't seem to match the characters... but she was still able to get me through.

Small town mechanic and a scandalous city girl? Yes, please!

Overall I enjoy the story. This was a fun read. I enjoyed the banter and learning about the dynamics of relationships between all characters. The length of the book was good, and I enjoy the author's writing style. I do feel like, depth and chemistry was lacking between the two leads. The chemistry doesn't always feel like it's not there, it wasn't until I got towards the end of the book where I was having a hard time figuring out, what these two women had in common besides their physical attraction. however overall I enjoyed the story and I'm happy that I read it. Also, the epilogue was not my favorite.

Simple, Sweet, Spicy!

The book was really straight forward, perfect if you want a nice light romance with plenty of spice. I do wish we had gotten more character development and conflict over sex scenes. I was not a fan of the narrator, I feel like all the characters sounded exactly the same which made it difficult to follow. I also think some cultural references were missed with the lack of emphasis on some words and phrases.
