Unknowingly cast as the bachelorette for her town's charity event, Taycee Emerson wants out. Especially when she discovers her old teenage crush, Luke Carney, is one of the bachelors and it's up to the viewers - not her - to decide which bachelors stay or go.

Coerced into participating, Taycee does what any self-preserving girl would do. She launches a subtle attack on Luke's good name with the hope of getting him voted off the show. Unfortunately, Luke's an eye-for-an-eye kind of guy, and when he discovers what she's up to, it means revenge.

Loved it!

I actually read this story first and then listened to the audible version. I really loved both but prefer the book version better. The reader was not as good as others that I have heard. But the story is fantastic. Loosely based on the bachelor/bachelorette reality show, the story is about honesty, facing up to your mistakes, and real love and romance! This is a clean sweet story that all ages can enjoy! Two thumbs up for this one!!

Funny

the story was good but it seemed to drag on some of the chapters could have been condensed. The narrator was monotone and t9 be honest if it wasn't for the story line I would have stopped listening to it. No steamy sex scenes which I appreciated.

Good Story overall

3.25 Stars for me!

The first 60% of the story was really good and I got to know the major players. The next 25% seemed to drag by and the continued push through the show was a bit painful. The ending was also a bit frustrating with the lack of communication. I did enjoy seeing the waitress put in her place as well as the HEA.

This is a Hallmark caliber story and the heat level was a 1 out of 10. The author can definitely write so I will look for her other books.
