Great book. Love the way this book show how God mays away The part her father played in the story was so sweet.

Great reading voice! Love the story line

Love Lori Wick’s books, especially the English Garden series. Wonderful reader voice. This was a wonderful innocent love story full of trusting Jesus.

It was rough at first

The beginning was soooooo frustrating. Was it the time period or because they’re British? All they had to do was talk to one another. At all. And then the whole situation could’ve been avoided. But then the story got better and I enjoyed it. The pacing and language seem realistic for regency England too.

The narrator did a great job with the voices. However, the mouth sounds drove me to distraction for the 1st half of the book. But after I increased the speed (1.2x), I stopped cringing as much.
